Hello??

Its been my 3rd week on the job as a telemarketeer
Its been quite challenging bu fun at the same time sometimes frustrating too.
Here's some examples of the kind of clients i get on the phone :

Good scenario

Sarah : Hi is this Alice?
Alice : Yes it is
Sarah : Its Sarah from Orange Education how are you today?
Alice : Good thanks.
Sarah : blah blah blah

and the conversation goes on...and i make an appointment for our sales consultants!

Not so good scenario

Sarah : Hi is this Alice?
Alice : Yes it is
Sarah : Its Sarah from Orange Education how are you today?
Alice : Sorry i'm not interested
Sarah : Not a problem at all. Thank You!

WORSE SCENARIO

Sarah : Hi is this .....
: Engaged tone

Yes they "Kap" my phone

How rude can people be?!?!?

Very hard to say i'm not interested THANKS meh?!!?!?!
